LawnKingsPros.com (“we,” “us”) operates this website, a free referral service that connects homeowners with independent local lawn care and landscaping providers (“Providers”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who receives it, and the choices you have. By using this site or submitting a request, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
LawnKingsPros.com is not a lawn care company. We do not perform services. When you submit a request, we may pass it to one or more Providers who may contact you. Contact us at privacy@lawnkingspros.com.

When you request a quote, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, and any details you write about your property or project.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our service vendors may collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and approximate location, using cookies and similar technologies. We use this to run the site, measure it, and measure our advertising.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your request and match you with one or more Providers.
- To contact you by phone or email about your request.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site, and to prevent fraud and spam.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including through analytics and advertising partners.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. Who receives your information
- Providers. We share your request details and contact information with independent Providers so they can contact you. Providers may pay us for this. Each Provider is responsible for how it uses information once it receives it, and its own privacy practices apply.
- Service vendors. Companies that help us host the site, collect form submissions, send messages, and run analytics and advertising.
- Legal and safety. When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business changes. If our business is sold or reorganized, your information may transfer to the new owner.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or similar sensitive data. Please do not include them in your request.
5. Sale and sharing of personal information
Under some state laws, giving your information to Providers in exchange for payment, and using advertising cookies, may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. In the past 12 months we have disclosed identifiers (such as name, phone, and email), your project details, and general location to Providers, and device and usage information to analytics and advertising providers. You can opt out as described in “Your choices.”
6. Your choices
- Opt out of sale or sharing: email privacy@lawnkingspros.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.” We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal from browsers that send it. Opting out will not recall information already sent to a Provider, and you may need to contact that Provider directly.
- Calls and email: tell a provider who calls you that you do not want further calls, and use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. LawnKingsPros.com does not send text messages. Consent to be contacted is not required to use any service or to buy anything.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well. You can also use the opt-out tools of the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and disclose, to access or receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising, and not to be treated unfairly for using these rights. To make a request, email privacy@lawnkingspros.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact your state attorney general.
8. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or transmission is completely secure.
9. Children
This site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Links to other sites
This site may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
